Welcome to my website! My name is Devin and I am a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. My research aims to improve the safety of food through microbiology, data science, and modeling. I also offer food safety consulting services to help both small and large businesses meet food safety regulatory requirements.
